SEATTLE’S NEWEST FESTIVAL RETURNS WITH TWO DAYS OF LIVE MUSIC, MARKETS, AND LOCAL FOOD

Pioneer Square Market Network is excited to announce Pioneer Square Fest, the Second Annual Pioneer Square Summer Market and Music Festival. The event will take place during the first weekend of July on Friday, July 5th, and Saturday, July 6th, centered around Occidental Square Park and extends out in all directions to include many shops, galleries, restaurants, and bars.  With  continued support from the Pioneer Square Business Improvement Area (BIA) Inspiration Fund, Occidental Square’s Martin Smith, Inc. and Rubicon Point Partners, and the owners of Uncommon Co-Working space in the Masin Block, this year promises to be bigger and better, emphasizing community engagement and includes local talent.

While the concert in Occidental Square Park will be free to everyone, wristband holders will enjoy special perks, like bypassing door charges at participating venues and receiving food and drink discounts at local establishments throughout the weekend. The extended festival boundaries allows for  visitors to explore the historic neighborhood and encourages support of Pioneer Square’s vibrant business district
