The good news is there are no bad zones — each zone offers a unique experience, featuring different nearby stores, bars and restaurants, so it really depends on your setup, product type, and vibe. Each zone will have dedicated staff and security, easy load-in/load-out access during your scheduled time, and plenty of signage to guide attendees your way. No matter which you choose, you’ll be right in the middle of the Pioneer Square Fest energy
Explore the vendor zones listed below, then use the links on the right to reserve your spot in the section you’d like to vend in—select a separate reservation for each day you plan to participate.
Pioneer Square Fest – Zone 1
Zone 1 is the southern entrance of the festival, located along the charming, tree-lined Occidental Avenue South. This zone runs from Yesler Way down to Washington Street and offers a beautifully walkable brick-paved setting right in the heart of Pioneer Square.
Pioneer Square Fest – Zone 2
Zone 2 Eastbound runs along Washington Street from 2nd Ave to 1st Ave. This stretch is directly across from our Westbound zone and sees just as much foot traffic, making it a great place to showcase your goods and services. We are offering 21 vendor spots in this zone, priced from $130 to $170.
Pioneer Square Fest – Zone 4
Zone 2 Eastbound runs along Washington Street from 2nd Ave to 1st Ave. This stretch is directly across from our Westbound zone and sees just as much foot traffic, making it a great place to showcase your goods and services. We are offering 21 vendor spots in this zone, priced from $130 to $170.
Vendor Parking
Working in partnership with the city we were able to reserve a number of parking spots in the neighborhood specifically for our vendors. With or without parking is an option for vendors, but only while supplies last.
