We’re almost there! Pioneer Square Fest 2025 is coming together beautifully, and we’re excited to share that we’re in the final stages of the permit process. That means we’re one step closer to open vendor registration. This year, were also able to accept tax-deductible donations through our upcoming fiscal sponsorship. These are huge milestone, and it will help ensure the festival remains an accessible, inclusive, and community-powered event.

This year, we’re expanding across multiple blocks of Pioneer Square with live music, local art, restaurant deals, and over 100 independent vendors. Get ready for a high-energy weekend celebrating the best of our historic creative community.

What is new with PS Fest 2025?

Our proposal expands the festival outside Occidental Park to include the adjoining streets of Washington, Occidental and Main without adding to the already car-congested neighborhood’s parking problems. [Pictured below]

Parking is a problem for local businesses, vendors and performers during any major event at the stadiums or in the park. This year we wanted to work with the city to reserve public parking for the people that make the neighborhood event and double down in our promotion of using public transit for everyone else. We will continue our “Orca & Stadium Discount” on wristbands for anyone that takes public transit to the event or will be in the neighborhood for a game at the stadium. We want to create a sustainable festival that showcases the walk-ability of the neighborhoods along the waterfront while maintaining a safe barrier for the traffic to flow smoothly.

Want to sell your work, handmade goods or vintage at the Pioneer Square Fest street fair? We’re now accepting pre-registration for booth spaces for both Saturday and Sunday markets.

Because we want to highlight the bars and restaurants of the nieghborhood rather the traditional food trucks and street food we will again partner with local businesses to offer deals and discounts on food and drinks to anyone with a festival wristband.
